  • How far in advance should I place a reservation ?

As soon as your plans are fairly definite, just give us a call to set up your reservation. We always suggest as much notice as possible, several days for airport service and at least two weeks for hourly charters. However seasonal, off-hour and special events will dictate more notice time so try to plan accordingly..

  • Do you require a deposit and when do I pay it ?

We do require a credit card guarantee for payment, a credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation, and your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If your credit card is declined, we will attempt to reach you and if you are unable to provide us with valid credit card information, we will cancel your reservation; this applies to all reservations including airport transfers, hourly limo rentals and bus charters.

  • What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before confirmed pick-up date and time will be refunded 100%, you must notify us of cancellation in written via email or follow up via phone, Late cancellation made after the specified time will result 20% gets charged, Please speak with a Customer Service Representative for additional policies regarding cancellations.

  • Do you provide meet and greet service by the airport?

Yes, this service must be requested when making a reservation, our driver parks the car and meets you inside the airport with a sign, and assists you with your luggage to the vehicle. For international flights driver will meet & greet at the exit of customs, for domestic flights the driver will meet & greet at the baggage claim.

  • Is there a fee for meet-and-greet service?


No extra charge for meet-and-greet service.

  • Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes we provides infant, toddler and booster seats. NOTE reservation with child safety seats requests must be booked 24 hours in advance, please contact us by phone at (714) 722-2276.

  • How far in advance should I make a reservation for my wedding ?

As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date and location details. Weddings are traditionally booked well in advance, to secure the limousine of your choice call us as soon as possible.

  • Do you do point to point transport or just airport pickups ?

We do any kind of transportation required by the customer be it from your residence to a theater or just a night on the town.

  • Does the rate quoted include meeting the passengers inside the airport and helping them with the luggage ?

Yes, The rate includes "meet & greet" inside the airport, the parking fees and any waiting time while you collect your luggage. We do not charge for anything extra.

  • Can I make a booking on the phone ?

Yes, you can make a booking on the phone.

  • What will happen if we do not meet the driver ?

You will be liable for parking charges/fuel used/cancellation charges; that is why we insist on you carrying our number. Our driver will leave the airport if you do not contact us. Unfortunately, in such circumstances, we have no option but to charge the full fare for the journey. In some circumstances we may charge a reduced amount based on costs incurred. Drivers incur expenses and these charges are borne by the drivers and as a result, they depend on your goodwill to show up or pay them for their time.

  • What if the flight is delayed or early ?

We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport as the flight lands. If you have made other arrangements, the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

  • Will my credit card number be secure ?

Yes, the credit card transaction will be processed securely. This will take place across a secure server and connection. We keep all your card details in a safe and secure place and are then destroyed after the journey has been completed.

  • Do you offer refreshments ?

We supplies complimentary beverages and ice. You can always bring your own alcoholic beverages as long as everyone in the vehicle is over the age of 21. What amenities do your limousines offer? All of our limousines offer-TV, VCR, AM/FM/CD, hands free intercom, privacy divider, mirrored ceilings with twinkle star lights, soft drinks, ice, neon lighting, cellular phones upon request, red carpet service, balloons and party favors.

  • Do I have to pay any additional costs for waiting ??

The driver will arrive at the airport as your flight arrives or as arranged and will wait for you to get your luggage. There is absolutely no charge for this. If you are delayed for any other reason such as filling out forms for lost luggage or waiting for other members of your party and you require the driver to wait, please contact us as soon as possible so we can instruct the driver to wait. This will cost $45 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.

  • How are your chauffeurs dressed ?

Our chauffeurs are dressed in black suits or black pants with white aviator shirt and black ties (depending on weather) and chauffeur caps.
